You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. ## Description Design and implement a unified asset management structure across SAP and BMS systems to enable full asset transparency, high data quality, maintenance efficiency, and end-to-end lifecycle management of EV charging infrastructure. * Analyze existing EV charging infrastructure, data sources, and system landscape to define a scalable data foundation. * Gather and align requirements with stakeholders by defining KPIs, reporting needs, and dashboard functionalities. * Design and implement the end-to-end dashboard architecture, including data integration and system connectivity (e.g., charging stations, backend systems). * Develop and deploy real-time monitoring and visualization solutions, including asset status tracking and performance insights. * Build advanced analytics capabilities covering energy consumption, utilization patterns, and charging behavior. * Implement automated alerting, fault detection, and notification workflows to ensure operational transparency. * Conduct testing, validation, and KPI verification to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. * Analyze and optimize existing asset structures, defining a standardized hierarchy and ensuring alignment across systems. * Cleanse, standardize, and create asset master data, including functional locations, equipment records, and overall asset structures. * Define and implement maintenance-relevant components and spare parts, including the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures. * Support rollout, documentation, and operational handover.
