## About the Role

Do you have experience in Project delivery management?, * Ideally, has previously managed AV installation projects (Worked with building trades, can read construction drawings)

 * Experience supporting AV / multimedia environments.
 * Hands-on experience with conferencing systems such as Cisco TelePresence, Polycom, WebEx, Teams, or similar.
 * Familiarity with Apple iOS and Android devices.
 * Experience with ticketing / service management systems.
