This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of business-critical systems., * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, and print services. * Manage virtualized and cloud server infrastructure and perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance. * Monitor server health, performance, storage capacity, and system availability. * Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity. * Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and synchronization services. * Monitor cloud resource utilization, security, and cost optimization. * Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives. * Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. * Manage a Citrix environment. * Administer user accounts, licensing, email security, retention policies, and compliance requirements. * Support endpoint management and mobile device administration. * Implement and maintain Microsoft security best practices and policies. * Assists Network and Security Specialist in installing Wi-Fi APs, switches, and firewalls.
