A Master's degree is preferred. * 10-15 years relevant industry experience * Proven track record of leading complex hardware design projects from concept to production. ## Description * Working as a technical lead for the design and development of complex electrical hardware systems projects for use in EVSE applications, taking an active role in planning, scheduling, and execution across the full product lifecycle, from prototype to mass production. * Driving system-level requirements and architecture decisions.
