## Description

* Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
 * Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
 * Establish and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices
 * Lead complex platform development, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives
 * Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
 * Provide architectural oversight for platform enhancements and modernization efforts
 * Support production issues through troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
 * Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive platform strategy and roadmap
 * Recommend innovative platform improvements and automation opportunities
 * Assist with reporting, analytics, and operational improvements
