## About the Role

* Diplôme de niveau bac +5 en informatique, réseau ou domaine connexe
 * Maitrise approfondie de l'anglais oral & écrit (professionnel / courant)
 * Expérience professionnelle avérée sur un rôle d'Incident Manager : 5 ans minimum (hors stage/alternance)
 * Certifications appréciées (ITIL)

## Description

Gestion opérationnelle des incidents

 * Piloter de bout en bout les incidents majeurs (Major Incidents) pour plusieurs clients.
 * Coordonner les équipes techniques internes et les équipes clients (infrastructure, applicatif, cloud, réseau).
 * Assurer la gestion en temps réel via la Control Tower et garantir le respect des SLA.
 * Maintenir une communication claire, régulière et orientée service auprès des parties prenantes (DSI, métiers, directions clients).

Suivi et amélioration continue

 * Contribuer au Problem Management : participation à l'analyse RCA, suivi des actions de remédiation.
 * Challenger les pratiques RUN pour améliorer la qualité de service et les processus ITIL.
 * Produire les rapports post-incident (PIR), tableaux de bord et KPI de performance.
 * Participer à l'industrialisation du RUN (automatisation, outillage, optimisation).

Relations client & Delivery

 * Assurer un rôle clé dans la relation client : transparence, reporting, gestion des priorités.
 * Être le point d'escalade technique et fonctionnel pour les incidents critiques.
 * Contribuer à la satisfaction client et à l'amélioration du delivery.

Environnement technique associé :

 * Control Tower, supervision & monitoring
 * ServiceNow / ITSM
 * ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change)
 * Environnements hybrides : infrastructure, VM, réseau, stockage
 * Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
 * Collaboration étroite avec Incident Manager, Problem Manager, Change Manager, équipes RUN N2/N3
