This role is responsible for managing software development resources, improving Agile and DevOps practices, driving release management initiatives, and ensuring engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proven technology leader with a strong software development background, experience leading Agile organizations, and a passion for building high-performing engineering teams. This position serves as a strategic leader responsible for aligning engineering execution with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
