The Technical Manager collaborates with networking and systems support teams to enhance system performance, complete projects and support technical services. Technical Managers keep up with advancements in the field and promote technological innovation., * Supervise day-to-day operations

 * Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
 * Manage innovation, implementation and ongoing support of systems and networks
 * Manage support teams and evaluating performance metrics
 * Oversee infrastructure testing, documentation, and change management
 * Ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget
 * Manage software and hardware installations and upgrades
 * Maintain computer network infrastructure and ensure network security
