## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Lead end-to-end business analysis across the full project lifecycle

 * Drive requirements gathering, RTMs, gap analysis, and UAT
 * Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to deliver a successful ERP modernization
 * Map PeopleSoft functionality to Workday and support solution design
 * 10+ years as a Business Analyst on ERP/HCM programs
 * Workday experience strongly preferred (migration experience is a major plus)
 * Expertise in BRDs, RTMs, user stories, and stakeholder management
 * Experience working in government/public sector environments
