## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * Proven experience as a Service Technician or Data Center Technician working within data centers environments.

 * Solid system-level debugging experience & familiarity with board bring-up and customer support.

Good attention to detail, as well as clear written and verbal communications.

 * Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and telecommunication systems.
 * Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, cabling (Cat5/Cat6), Ethernet installation, and low-voltage wiring standards.
 * Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, VoIP telephony systems like Avaya, Cisco routers, Juniper devices, and network schematics.
 * Electrical experience including the use of ohmmeters for testing circuits and understanding NEC compliance standards.
 * Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely for equipment installation and repair tasks.
 * Service technician experience in IT or data center environments is highly preferred.
 * Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NEC) and low voltage wiring practices is essential for success in this role.
