 * Oversee critical technology functions, including infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, cloud initiatives, business continuity, disaster recovery, and vendor management
 * Lead major technology projects and system implementations, delivering solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness, * Responsible for developing and directing the strategy, performance, reliability, and scalability of the credit union's enterprise technology environment
 * Provide executive leadership over the IT organization, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, network systems, helpdesk, and enterprise operations
 * Ensure technology capabilities align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and service delivery expectations
 * Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive IT Operations strategy
 * Partner with business and project teams to support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies
 * Drive enterprise-wide standardization, automation, and modernization of systems and processes
 * Lead IT service delivery functions, including incident, problem, change, and release management
