We scale fast, operate at high volume, and rely heavily on technology to power sales, marketing and operations. As we continue to grow, we're investing in our technology to build systems that scale, stabilize, and support the business long-term. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own and lead DaBella's technology strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring our technological ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. You'll oversee IT operations, enterprise applications, and data & analytics, while building and leading a high-performing technology organization. This is a hands-on executive role for a leader who thrives in growth environments, can bring structure to complexity, and knows how to turn technology into a competitive advantage.
