## Description

Seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead migration programs, end-to-end testing, and governance-driven delivery, ensuring strong coordination, automation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Key Responsibilities

 1. Migration & E2E Testing
 * Lead testing for large-scale migration/upgrade programs

 * Define end-to-end test scope across systems and integrations

 * Ensure full business validation across environments

 * Focus on E2E scope and traceability

 2. Coordination & Sign-Off
 * Manage cross-team coordination (tech, business, product owners)

 * Drive UAT readiness and formal sign-offs

 * Conduct defect triage and escalation management

 * Sign-off governance is mandatory in NT testing process

 3. Planning & Estimation
 * Create test strategy, test plan, and schedules

 * Perform effort estimation and resource planning

 * Define entry/exit criteria and risk mitigation

 * Planning and estimation are core artifacts

 4. Automation
 * Drive automation strategy and regression coverage

 * Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

 * Automation is a key component of enterprise test strategy

 5. Status Reporting
 * Provide daily, weekly, and milestone updates

 * Track metrics, defects, and risks

 * Structured reporting and communication is expected

 6. Timeline & Risk Management
