No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S permanent residency (green card) process., * Demonstrated experience in learning and mastering new software systems regularly, including relational databases, integrations, migration, upgrades, customization. Specific experiences will include: SQL, Oracle, MySQL; Apache and'or IIS; Windows Server; Backup and recovery technologies; and Server Virtualization. * Experience in Windows Server, Linux, VMware or other Virtual Technologies, storage preferred. * Knowledge of QuickBase or other low code/no code database systems is helpful * Knowledge in various hardware platforms and debugging techniques a plus. ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift 15 lbs at times. * Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities (i.e. climb stairs, ladders, etc.) ## Description We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Director at our Beaverton, MI site to lead our technology strategy, operations, and business systems within our manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, project management, and user support, while ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proven IT leader with significant experience supporting manufacturing operations and serving as the primary owner of an Epicor ERP environment.
