Cybersecurity and OS certification is required.
Related experience must be in I.T. support roles.

## Description

* Provides support for implementation, daily operations and configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of general or specialized Information Technology (IT) systems.
 * Maintains user accounts, access control, and system security configuration.
 * Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
 * Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
 * Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
 * Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.
 * Experienced in usage, maintenance and management of IA systems and tools.
 * Plan, execute and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
 * Assists the Government with the creation of custom system environments.
 * Provides technical management, operations and maintenance of specialized and general Government Information Assurance (IA) systems in support of mission requirements.
