8+ years relevant experience Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift
deployments.
Knowledge of PlantUML and C4 diagrams, JIRA , KANBAN
Containerization and Microservices design
Any other technical subject matter expertise that may be of value AWS,
Data Architecture, API design, Apigee, AI tools
Preferred experience in the Banking domain, particularly in compliance-driven
environments
Proven experience in managing assessment and PoC of strategic
technologies.
Strong communication skills, with the capability to advise on engineering
topics at both a technical & executive level.
Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
Execute proofs of concept to validate product and tool selections

Identify new platform capabilities in coordination with multiple teams across
the organization, infrastructure & other engineering teams.
Actively participate in the architectural design, implementation, and
management of new technologies to achieve these capabilities.
