This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of the end-to-end procure-to-pay EDI ecosystem across multiple platforms. Partnering closely with IT, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders, the EDI Analyst proactively monitors data flows, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement in EDI processes. This individual serves as a key liaison between technical systems and business users, translating complex data challenges into actionable solutions and insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: * EDI Operations & Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day EDI support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution * Manage and prioritize EDI support tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption * Monitor end-to-end EDI transaction flows to ensure data integrity and system performance * Partner Management * Build and manage relationships with trading partners and third-party EDI providers * Support onboarding of new trading partners, including setup, testing, and go-live coordination * Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable communication for partners * Configuration & Process Management * Oversee EDI partner setups and configurations across multiple systems and platforms * Maintain and improve EDI mappings, workflows, and integration processes * Ensure compliance with EDI standards and internal data governance requirements * Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement * Develop and maintain reporting to track EDI performance, KPIs, and error trends * Analyze data to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Recommend and support implementation of enhancements to optimize data flow and system reliability * Documentation & Knowledge Sharing * Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for EDI processes and solutions * Support training and mentoring of team members in EDI concepts and tools, * Drives Results: Takes ownership, delivers on commitments, and ensures accurate, timely outcomes * Collaborates: Works effectively across teams and builds strong partnerships internally and externally * Communicates Clearly: Simplifies complexity and keeps stakeholders informed * Business Acumen: Understands how EDI supports supply chain and business operations * Adapts & Improves: Embraces change and continuously seeks better ways of working * Customer Focus: Prioritizes internal and external partner needs to deliver reliable solutions WORKING CONDITIONS * Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines * Capability to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings * Travel approximately 10% of time.
