Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience with Battle Management command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (BMC4I) systems, Radar Systems or signal processing techniques. * Experience with developing, documenting and maintaining processes, methods and tools. * Ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues. * Analytic, technical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with MS Office Suite. * Experience with system level requirements development, documentation and maintenance and/or requirements development and design of system level software architecture. * Experience with radar system concepts; detection, discrimination, track and signal processing algorithms and their behaviors and performance. * Experience with the development and coding of system models, algorithms, test vectors and analysis tools in support of analyzing radar requirements and performance. * Experience and interest in Information Assurance/Cyber Engineering requirements, determination, development and implementation. * Experience in using AI/ML and signal processing in database and algorithm design and enhancement * Previous military service. * Ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user needs. ## Description You will be working as part of a team to define radar system requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements and collaborate with software development teams to ensure effective implementation. Some specific responsibilities: * Analyzing radar system performance data with respect to requirements. * Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions. * Defining and prototyping new algorithms to enhance system performance. * Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers, internal leadership and external customers. * Providing subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
