Your Educational and Professional Qualifications + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience. + 5+ years working in technology or related fields, either in professional services or industry. + 3 to 5 years of ServiceNow development for a large company utilizing ITSM, CMDB and SecOps Modules (SIR and VR) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
