Preferred Experience * Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, technical schools, or training organizations. * Experience delivering hands-on product demonstrations and application-based training. * Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. * Experience creating digital, video, or online learning content. ## Description As the regional training expert, you will work directly with distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals to develop and deliver world-class technical training programs that drive product adoption and customer success. You'll play a key role in educating the industry, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of one of the most respected brands in HVAC/R. This is a remote position with approximately 50% travel throughout the region and includes a company vehicle or car allowance. Why Fieldpiece?
