 * 8+ years of strong experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling and manipulation

## Description

* Work as a strategic liaison to translate member and provider data identity challenges into clear, operational resolutions for client and provider identification needs.
 * Extract, integrate, and analyze identity data from multiple complex internal and external sources to support HHS analytics requirements.
 * Provide subject matter expertise on validating AI-supported outputs, including identifying and mitigating hallucinations related to identity data.
 * Develop data literacy across the organization through documentation, tutorials, and training for non-technical staff using master data tools and AI.
 * Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity issues, ensure compliance with agency standards, and improve data quality.
