Minimum seven years of experience: * Route/switch, wireless and security of local and wide area networks including system configuration, setup, troubleshooting, implementation, and user support. * Cisco Nexus data center fabrics * Cisco Catalyst switches * Cisco Next-Gen Firewalls with Firepower Threat Defense * Cisco ISE Identity Service Engine. * Cisco WLAN products and diagnostic tools. * Designing, configuration, setup, troubleshooting, implementing and supporting Cisco IP telephony. * Cisco VOIP, QOS, Call Manager, Unity and UCCX. * Cisco TACACS/ISE * OSPF, EIGRP and BGP and other interior/exterior gateway protocols. * AD, DNS, and DHCP. * Peplink SD-WAN platforms with LTE/5G failover and edge resiliency * NetMotion Mobility VPN, * Complete CJIS Awareness Training Level 4 every two years * Valid TX Driver's License * Must maintain CJIS compliance ## Description The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class.
