## About the Role

Shift:- After a few weeks of training M-F, you will be switched to a shifted schedule, either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs., * Must have experience handling and resolving customer support tickets across Tier 1, Tier 2, and escalated support cases., * Must have worked in an environment where performance was measured against key support metrics such as CSAT, SLA compliance, resolution time, first response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
