Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Proven experience in technical support roles, particularly in IT support or desktop support environments.

 * Strong knowledge of computer management principles, including hardware components and operating systems.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
 * Experience in managing IT infrastructure components such as networks, firewalls, and VPNs is preferred.
 * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
 * Manage computer networking tasks, including VPN setup, firewall configurations, and LAN troubleshooting.
 * Assist with desktop support by diagnosing and resolving user issues related to computer hardware and software.
 * Utilize help desk tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira to track and manage support requests effectively.
 * Conduct software troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of applications used by clients.
 * Maintain effective communication with customers to provide updates on issue resolution progress.
 * Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and enhance service delivery.
 * Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
