Existing Secret Clearance is a plus. ## Description JRAD is seeking candidates for a Senior Software Developer position responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions. This role involves providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and performance of applications. The Senior Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards. The position is a remote/telework position with frequent on-site meetings at the TSA HQs (Springfield, VA).
