A leading multifamily developer and builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential project in the Greater Boston area. This is a primarily remote role with periodic site visits, offering the opportunity to lead complex wood-frame projects from preconstruction through delivery.  * Work on high-profile, large-scale multifamily developments
 * Fully remote role with strong compensation and bonus structure, Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily project located in East Falmouth, MA.Key Responsibilities
 * Lead all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
 * Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance
 * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
 * Oversee jobsite operations, including periodic on-site presence
 * Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation
 * Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
 * Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership
 * Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation across all project stages
