## About the Role

* 6 years of Salesforce experience.
 * Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Architect capacity.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Experience with Salesforce automation, integrations, and platform governance.
 * Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Salesforce certifications.
 * Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).
 * Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
 * Experience helping build or scale Salesforce teams.
 * Prior experience in a high-growth or evolving Salesforce environment.

## Description

Seeking a Salesforce Architect to own and evolve the Salesforce ecosystem, drive platform improvements, increase automation, and serve as a strategic technology partner to business stakeholders. This individual will help shape the future of the Salesforce platform while remaining closely connected to business users and operational needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 * Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture and platform strategy.
 * Serve as the design authority for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
 * Develop and maintain architectural documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and solution designs.
 * Drive automation initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
 * Define and maintain the Salesforce and Certinia PSA technical roadmap.
 * Establish and enforce platform standards across security, data models, automation, integrations, and release management.
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams and external integration partners.
 * Improve DevOps practices, deployment governance, sandbox strategy, and release management processes.
 * Evaluate current platform usage and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
