What Makes You Stand Out: * Aegis Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with the Aegis combat system is highly desired, especially for mid-to-senior candidates to support the team, though training will be provided for the right candidate. * Knowledge of probabilistic combat system performance measures (PK, PES, PSI, and CK). * Familiarity with software certification principles and the use of AI agents for recompiling tasks. * Hands-on experience developing and deploying software in AWS-centric environments. ## Description Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Systems Engineer to be part of our team and based out of our Mount Laurel, NJ location. You will contribute to the design and development of complex, AWS-hosted, real-time processing systems. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to evolve system architectures, develop software, and apply advanced systems modeling techniques to support mission-critical defense applications. Clearance & Location Requirements: * All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. * This is an on-site position.
