* Formation : BTS Informatique ou expérience significative en support informatique.
 * Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
 * Compétences techniques :
 + Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Windows, MS Office.
 + Connaissances en télécoms, systèmes informatiques, câblage & téléphonie.
 + Connaissance de l'outil ServiceNow (outil central de gestion des incidents) et des processus ITIL.
 * Langues : Anglais lu, parlé, écrit.
 * Savoir être : Bon relationnel, capacité à prendre des initiatives, sens du service.

## Description

Intégré(e) à l'équipe support Informatique répartie sur deux sites aéroportuaires (Roissy et Lyon), vous serez en charge :

 * D'assurer le support opérationnel Informatique (gestion des tickets, mise à jour, clôture et documentation des incidents).
 * De déployer les solutions IT et participer à l'implémentation des projets.
 * De respecter les engagements définis dans les contrats de service support.
 * De transmettre le reporting d'activité et les informations projets à votre responsable.
 * De suivre les procédures qualité et les méthodes ITIL.
 * D'assurer le support de l'infrastructure IT de la chaîne de tri.
 * D'être force de proposition pour l'optimisation des projets IT.
