Do you have experience in Windows?, We are seeking an experienced Level 2 / Level 3 IT Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, customer service, and solving complex technical challenges., 5+ years of IT support experience
3+ years working within an MSP environment preferred
Strong knowledge of:
Windows 10/11
Windows Server
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Azure AD
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
VPN technologies
Networking fundamentals
Cybersecurity best practices
Endpoint management tools, Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated and accountable
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong time management and prioritization skills

## Description

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining client environments ranging from small businesses to multi-location organizations. The ideal candidate has strong MSP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

Provide advanced remote support for end users and clients
Troubleshoot Windows workstations and servers
Manage Microsoft 365 environments
Support Azure AD and Active Directory environments
Troubleshoot networking issues including routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networks
Support VPN connectivity and remote access solutions
Manage endpoint security solutions
Troubleshoot backup and disaster recovery systems
Assist with server migrations and infrastructure upgrades
Escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

Documentation

Maintain detailed ticket documentation
Create and update SOPs and knowledge base articles
Document network diagrams and client environments
Track and document resolutions for recurring issues

Customer Service

Communicate professionally with business owners, managers, and end users
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Participate in after-hours emergency support rotation when required, UniFi Networking
SonicWall

RMM platforms
