## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Strong technical communication skills for customer-facing interactions

 * In-depth understanding of fastener manufacturing processes
 * Expertise in industrial and mechanical fastener applications
 * Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor or similar design software
 * Skilled in 2D drawing interpretation, GD&T, and blueprint reading
 * Knowledge of material properties and coating specifications
 * Familiarity with testing and validation standards
 * Comprehensive understanding of global fastener standards (ANSI, ASTM, DIN, ISO)
 * Analytical and quality control capabilities (e.g., SPC, First Piece Inspection, Process Flow)
 * Experience with P21 ERP system for parts creation and inventory management
 * Conduct product testing as needed, including torque testing, hydrogen embrittlement testing, and part layout verification.
 * Microsoft products (Word, Office, TEAMs, Excel, Project)
