Troubleshoots PC/Mac software and hardware. Supports end user devices including PC's, Mac, Printer/Scan, mobile devices, and various peripherals. Provides conference room technology support. Responsible for the deployment of software and related licenses as well as hardware and new PC/Mac deployments., * Provides excellent support by proactively responding to problems and requests while engaging and collaborating with other IT teams. * Operates as a technical expert in a variety of IT areas. * Works as a cohesive member of a highly skilled team of IT experts. * Develops and maintains in-depth and high-level knowledge of all loanDepot technical systems. * Handles complex technical end-user issues as they are escalated from other areas of the organizations. * Provides white glove support to executive level customers. * Logs, researches, and accurately resolves end user inquiries and problems in a timely manner, meeting and exceeding SLAs as outlined for the end users. * Performs other duties and projects as assigned. ## Related Videos - [Developers don't need onboarding, do they?
