YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH: - Experience (in the last 5 years) administering, maintaining, and/or programming a telephone system (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.) - Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including but not limited to SharePoint 365 development and authoring. - Advanced troubleshooting, researching, and analysis abilities. - Ability to gather system requirements and prepare technical documentation quickly, concisely, and accurately. - Ability to work independently while coordinating work efforts with others. - Ability to work quickly and perform multiple tasks while paying attention to detail ## Description The ideal candidate must be skilled to perform complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. They are an integral member of the team, ensuring that all systems are operational, and that staff have the software and functioning equipment needed to serve our customers. Work involves desktop, application and telephone support to on-site and remote users in a call center and office environment. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The ideal candidate for this position should have direct work experience with desktop applications, telephony, and computer support to multiple users. This is a career ladder position with the opportunity to advance within the established career ladder structure after meeting minimum qualifications, competency requirements, and time in position.
