## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead enterprise-scale software development initiatives and drive technical excellence across engineering teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and the Java ecosystem., * 10+ years of software engineering experience.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
 * Expertise in system integrations and enterprise application development.
 * Experience leading architecture and delivery across large-scale environments.
 * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred

 * Kafka/Confluent and integration middleware experience.
 * AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Spring Boot expertise.
 * Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
 * Exposure to AI/ML, LLM integrations, and agentic frameworks.
 * Enterprise, EdTech, or regulated industry experience.
