Hard-working, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment., * Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Planhat, Totango, Zendesk, and Dataloader. * Familiarity with SQL, APEX, and other querying or scripting tools used for data management and CRM customization. * Experience with HubSpot administration. ## Description * Manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce). * Implement workflows, custom fields, integrations, and data hygiene processes. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize CRM usability and performance. Systems Management: * Oversee system infrastructure related to CRM and other business software tools. * Monitor performance and ensure system reliability and security. SaaS Metrics & Reporting: * Track and report key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and customer engagement. * Develop dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility into performance and growth.
