This role is part technical support, part systems administrator, part automation specialist, and part AI power user. You'll be responsible for keeping our websites, marketing systems, integrations, tracking, and internal technology running smoothly while identifying opportunities to automate and improve how we work. If you're the type of person who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, building solutions with AI, and constantly finding better ways to do things, we'd love to talk. Position Summary The Technical Operations & AI Specialist owns the technical systems that support our agency. You'll troubleshoot issues across websites, hosting environments, CRMs, tracking platforms, AI tools, and internal software systems. You'll also help build automations, improve workflows, and support our team with technical challenges that impact productivity and client success. This role works closely with Account Managers, Strategists, SEO Specialists, PPC Specialists, and Leadership to ensure our technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.
