## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Must be at least 18 years of age.

 * Experience in the field of information systems.
 * Computer skills including Microsoft Office, basic networking and POS concepts
 * A basic understanding of computer network cabling and network file and print services
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
 * Strong oral and written communications skills in English
 * Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.
 * Ability to develop, maintain, and promote strong internal and external relationships
 * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
 * Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
 * Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.

## Description

* Respond to user requests for support
 * Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software
 * Hardware, software, network and OS installations and repair.
 * Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems.
 * Inventory computer and network hardware/software.
 * Monitor antivirus software and updates and repair computers infected with spyware, adware and/or viruses.
 * Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems.
 * Maintenance of phone systems (analog)
 * Provide training to users as they come aboard and/or new applications as they are inducted.
 * Maintain open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
 * Support Park Applications, Operating Systems, MS Office and other programs.
 * Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
