This position will play a key role in improving how infrastructure assets and maintenance activities are planned, tracked, and reported. The Analyst will support the transition from a basic work-order tracking approach to a fully integrated asset management platform that includes GIS integration, preventive and reactive maintenance scheduling, infrastructure inventory management, mobile field access, and advanced reporting., * Support implementation, configuration, and administration of a CMMS/asset management platform * Maintain and improve integration between asset management systems and GIS * Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of infrastructure assets * Assist in establishing preventive and reactive maintenance schedules and service level tracking * Standardize work order processes including assignment, tracking, and reporting * Develop maps, dashboards, and reports to support operational decision-making * Assist with system testing, data validation, and ongoing process improvements * Provide training and technical support to field staff and supervisors * Support deployment and use of mobile devices for field-based work management * Collaborate with operations staff to improve planning, scheduling, and tracking of maintenance activities, * Ensure field staff can access and update work orders in real time * Support electronic documentation and illustration of labor, materials, equipment, and job completion * Promote accurate field data entry at the point of service * Support use of digital preventive maintenance checklists and inspections ## Related Videos - [Microservices?
