Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. LIAISES WITH: IT Management, IT Security, End Users, Technical Support, and Suppliers ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: * The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance may be required if deemed necessary in the scope of your position responsibilities. * All candidates must meet Austal USA's basic employment eligibility guidelines: * 18 years of age or older at time of application. * Able to provide proof of US Person Status (permanent resident or citizen) * No felony convictions of theft/deception or violent crimes within seven years from disposition date * Willing to submit to a drug screen * Willing to submit to a background check * Willing to get vaccinated if the Company or Customer requires * Ability to travel 10% of work time ## Description The position of Microsoft Cloud Engineer will be responsible for supporting the IT team with maintaining Cloud services including Microsoft cloud infrastructure, and related systems while upholding high levels of customer service and communication., The primary duties for this position are focused on M365 and Azure systems management which includes cloud network, cloud virtualization and support, managing directory services, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, patch management, backups, monitoring, and inventory.
