 * Manage and support networks and computing infrastructure
 * Provide ongoing technical support to organization users
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time
 * Manage and monitor backup and recovery systems
 * Perform updates and upgrades to existing systems
 * Collaborate with other teams on various technology projects
 * Monitor information security and implement relevant procedures
