## About the Role

Do you have experience in Data migration?, * Must Have Requirements Support background with any of the following technology platforms is a plus Call Center Experience Knowledge/Skills

 * Minimum of 2 years in a Global IT Service Desk or Call Center providing End-User support role
 * Strong English communication, problem solving and analytical skills
 * Experience with ITSM Tool (ServiceNow, BCM Remedy, etc) in a multi-vendor environment preferred
 * Applicable technical certifications preferred
 * Candidate must be amenable to flexible scheduling

Must have :

 * Data Migration from one system to another
 * Call center / Service center experience
 * Service Now (Plus)
