Other certifications a plus CPQ experience Knowledge of Apex triggers and classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning components ## Description The Salesforce Administrator will be a critical functional technology partner supporting Thales's Sales Operations, Support, Marketing, and Finance departments. This position will play a key role in assessing, deploying, supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and Thales' customers Special Position Requirements Work Schedule: 8 hours/day in a USA time zone adjusted for meetings with team in other time-zones Key Areas of Responsibility Troubleshoot Salesforce issues using a ticketing system.
