## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role (internships and coursework count!)

 * Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MAC OS, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
 * Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID and user account management
 * Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting hardware
 * Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
 * Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple requests
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

 * CompTIA A+ or working toward it
 * Exposure to Intune, Autopilot, or Jamf
 * Any scripting or command-line experience (PowerShell, Terminal), * Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - OR equivalent hands-on experience or certifications

## Description

We're looking for a curious, service-minded IT Support Specialist to join our Boise team. You'll be the first point of contact for 700+ employees where you will be troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues, setting up equipment, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across hardware, Microsoft 365, and device management in a fast-paced environment., * Respond to help desk tickets and walk-up requests from office employees

 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devices
 * Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow through to resolution
 * Keep users and management informed on ticket status

Hardware & Equipment

 * Image, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for new hires
 * Perform basic hardware repairs (RAM, hard drives, peripherals)
 * Unbox, inventory, and asset-tag incoming equipment
 * Set up displays, AV equipment, and standing desks

Device & Account Management

 * Onboard devices using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
 * Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID (password resets, unlocks, group membership)
 * Support basic Exchange/M365 tasks like shared mailboxes and distribution lists

Documentation

 * Keep knowledge base articles and SOPs accurate and up to date
 * Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
