Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Microsoft Lists. * Experience with Power Automate workflow creation. * Experience with Power Apps development or customization. * Experience supporting Microsoft Intune-managed devices. * Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security features. * Experience working for an MSP or supporting multiple organizations. * Microsoft certifications such as: * Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate * Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) * Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Desired Skills * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Process-oriented mindset. * Interest in automation and workflow optimization. * Ability to learn new Microsoft technologies quickly. * Strong documentation skills. * Customer-focused approach to support. * Ability to translate technical concepts into business language. ## Description The ideal Help Desk/ Microsoft 365 Administrator has experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications. Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, workflow automation, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools is highly desirable. This role supports our ongoing strategy of helping customers leverage the broader Microsoft 365 platform to improve productivity, collaboration, and business processes., Help Desk Support * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues. * Support Microsoft Windows desktop and laptop environments. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications. * Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures. * Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of customer communication. * Participate in onboarding and offboarding activities. * Support mobile devices including iOS and Android platforms.
