## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in BCA or related field
 * 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
 * Strong portfolio of design projects
 * Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
 * Good understanding of user-centered design, usability & accessibility
 * Experience in wireframing, prototyping & user testing
 * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus)
 * Strong communication & collaboration skills
 * Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends & best practices

## Description

* Design comes before development - always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
 * You own the end-to-end design process - from research to testing and handoff - working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what's designed works effectively in reality.

What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities

 * Requirement analysis - Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
 * Wireframing - Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
 * UI design - Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
 * Prototyping - Developing interactive prototypes for validation
 * Usability testing - Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
 * Handoff to SDT - Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

 * User Satisfaction 90%
