## About the Role

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, technology or related majors.

 - Practival experience wirth SolidWorks as well as experience in creating specification
 - 2-4 years of experience as an application engineer or related technical support, with cross- cultural work experience preferred.
 - Familiar with engineering and application development processes, able to quickly understand and adapt to technical requirements in different application scenarios.
 - Good cross-cultural communication skills, able to work smoothly with clients and team members from different countries and backgrounds.
 - Fluent English proficiency.
 - Possessing excellent problem-solving skills, able to effectively respond to challenges and propose innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
 * Highly self-driven, able to work independently, and possess teamwork spirit.

## Description

Collect and analyze the application scenarios of the company's products in various Asian countries, understand customer needs, and provide technical support.

 - Participate in the development, deployment, and optimization of company products in different markets to ensure product adaptability and practicality.
 - Work closely with customers and internal XFN teams to provide technical solutions and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
 * Continuously improve and optimize application solutions based on market and customer feedback, and promote technological innovation.
 - Responsible for the application of technical documents writing, training and related support work.
 - Participate in cross-cultural communication and cooperation to ensure that products and technologies can adapt to different market needs and cultural environments.
