The Product Owner will shape the long-term vision for how MassMutual equips its advisors and delivers service to customers. This role blends strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, product planning, and operational alignment to ensure that large-scale initiatives deliver meaningful, future-ready capabilities that elevate the overall service experience. The Impact The Digital Domains Product Owner is responsible for shaping the strategy and evolution of MassMutual's advisor- and client-facing ecosystem, including the tools, platforms, and experiences that support engagement, servicing, and relationship management across the enterprise. Success in this role is demonstrated through strong contribution to the domain strategy and roadmap, delivering capabilities that drive measurable value and adoption, and ensuring clear alignment across stakeholders. This domain requires strong familiarity with customer and advisor experience design, including how users interact across channels and platforms to complete end-to-end journeys. Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, measure adoption, and continuously improve workflows and experience outcomes is highly valuable. The role also benefits from an understanding of business workflows, process design, and opportunities to drive simplification and automation, ensuring capabilities improve both user experience and operational efficiency. Experience working across digital ecosystems and interconnected platforms is critical, as this role will help align fragmented capabilities into a more unified, scalable, and seamless experience for advisors, their teams, and clients.
