Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience (MSP experience a plus)

 * Basic understanding of:
 + Windows OS and desktop support
 + Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 + Active Directory / user account management
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
 * Reliable transportation (for occasional onsite support)

## Description

* Provide Tier 1-2 help desk support for end users (remote and onsite)
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
 * Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
 * Support Microsoft 365, email, and user account management
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding and system setup
 * Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
 * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed
