 * 5+ years of experience in network and server administration, hardware, and performance monitoring tools.
 * Proven experience in hardware administration and resolution of related issues.
 * Familiarity with deploying and managing servers and hardware is a must.
 * Must be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Experienced and knowledgeable of managing Azure Servers and Physical Servers
 * Knowledgeable of virtualization platforms (i.e. VMware)
 * Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Exceptional attention to detail.

## Description

* Provide consistent support for existing hardware systems within the data center.
 * Proactively respond to support queries, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and document resolutions.
 * Execute change requests within pre-defined timelines.
 * Oversee equipment logistics, including shipping and receiving.
 * Assist in managing hardware inventory.
 * Participate in meetings related to both internal and customer-centric environments.
 * Regularly update support procedures and process documentation as needed.

Business Partnering

 * Act as a partner for IT with the user community and apply most effective use of IT technology to direct business thinking.
 * Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions.
 * Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gathering requirements, assist in estimating project costs and schedules.
