## About the Role

* Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory.
 * Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Workday Studio is essential.
 * Proven, in-depth experience with the entire Workday integration toolset: EIBs, Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits), and Cloud Connect.
 * Strong, practical knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and data structures (XML, JSON).
 * Mastery of XSLT for complex data transformations.
 * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to dissect and resolve complex, time-sensitive technical issues.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Good to Have) Qualifications:

 * Experience building applications with Workday Extend.
 * Knowledge of or experience with Workday Prism Analytics for data blending and reporting.
 * Experience with BIRT for custom reporting layouts.
 * Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
